The Dilbert Zone main homepage is at http://www.unitedmedia.com/comics/dilbert. The Dilbert Home Page, like my own, was recently updated. The Dilbert Zone has all sorts of new things, such as the Dilbert Spinner Game. The source of the Dilbert web page can be viewed (from 1/14/97) here.

Here's an example of what you are going to be seeing on the Dilbert web page every day. First, there is going to be an add and a jump box to other comic web page at the top. Then, it has links to The Zone and the Dilbert 3d Zonimations. Scrolling down, you see the Dilbert strip from one week ago, with a link to the Dilbert Archive. Right below, it has Today's Agenda, which has links to places like Get your Daily Mental Workout with today's puzzle, and other such pages in the Dilbert Zone. Below, it has picture links to List of the Day, Daily Mental Workout, The DNRC, Center for DUHcision making, and The store. Below is a navigation map that has links to most of the other places.
